30 Day Core Challenge - what next????

Hi there Derrick and Kirsten!
Firstly, thank you so much for your site! It's excellent stuff.
My wife and I are taking part in the 30 day core challenge and on day 15 are feeling FANTASTIC already! Thank you for the simple, easy to follow workouts!
So, it's got me to thinking about life after the challenge. Day 31 and onwards.....
What would you recommend as a plan moving forwards to maintain the conditioning which has been achieved over this time.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated!!!

Thanks for the kind comments and congratulations on doing the core conditioning program. Where to go from here?
A couple options: You could go back through the 30 days and increase the time and intensity of each exercise by 10-50% and/or you could hire a personal fitness trainer to help you move forward based on your current fitness level. Either or both of these options will make you stronger, fitter and healthier.
