Here are three of my very favorite Berry Smoothie Recipes!

You're going to love these. (The recipes all contain greens, which you can omit if you're not into "green" smoothies.)

BODACIOUSLY BENEFICIAL BERRY BERRY

Berries, especially blueberries, have over the past few years received much attention because of their high levels of antioxidants, specifically anthocyanins. Many studies have shown blueberries can improve vision, clear arteries, enhance memory, and strengthen blood vessels. Blueberries are sweet (with just a hint of tart), juicy, beautiful, and give this smoothie a flavor that will make you smile.

The strawberries are rich in vitamin C and fiber. Bodaciously Beneficial Berry Berry smoothie will fill your heart and soul with the nourishment your body has been craving, or even yearning. You’ll come alive when you drink this smoothie!

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 banana, peeled

3 leaves of chard, rinsed

1 big handful fresh baby spinach leaves

1-2 cups water

Place all of the above bodacious ingredients into your extra special smoothie maker and blend until smooth.

Delicious Berry Smoothie Recipe #2

GINGERLY BANANA BERRY

Bananas, blueberries, and a hint of warming, soothing fresh ginger make this a smoothie you’ll remember forever! The bananas give it that nice sweet, smooth flavor; the blueberries add some tartness, and the ginger seems to bring the flavors of the fruit and greens together into one big tummy tantalizing treat!

Ingredients:

2 bananas

1 inch thick, 1/2 inch diameter slice of fresh ginger, peeled

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1-2 cups water

2 big handfuls baby spinach

Gently, with tender loving care, place the above ingredients into your smoothie maker. Blend until smooth.

Delicious Berry Smoothie Recipe #3

BLUEBERRY-ORANGE-BANANA

Did your mouth begin to salivate just reading the name of this smoothie? This one needs no fanfare, or out-of-this-world name; the ingredients speak for themselves. It’s delicious and nutritious, and it will make you healthier than you were yesterday!

Ingredients:

3 oranges, peeled

1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

1 banana, peeled

3-4 leaves of chard or kale, rinsed

1 handful fresh baby spinach leaves

1-2 cups water

Just put all of the ingredients into your spectacular smoothie maker, blend until it’s the smoothest treat on the planet, and enjoy!
