Delicious Mango Smoothie Recipe!

MMMMMMMM----My Favorite Mango Smoothie Recipe...Everything tastes better with mango. This Super Smoothie is nothing more (nor less) than magic! Whenever you can get a hold of fresh mangoes, you absolutely must make this smoothie! You’ll adore this one! Mangoes contain numerous enzymes which stimulate metabolism, purify the intestinal tract, and aid in digestion! They are high in potassium and magnesium, which can help “acidic” conditions. Mangoes also contain good amounts of vitamins B1, B6, B9(Folic Acid). Mangoes are rich in vitamin A, high in fiber, and low in calories! My Favorite Mango Smoothie Recipe!Ingredients:2 cups fresh mango, cut into pieces perfect for your smoothie maker (now you can use frozen mango here, but I highly recommend using fresh. This smoothie will still taste yummy with frozen, but made with fresh mango...it’s almost indescribably delicious!) 1/2 fresh pineapple, chopped 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach 1-2 cups water Place these yummy ingredients into your smoothie maker and blend. Blend until it’s as smooth as possible (unless you’re into chunky smoothies). Just because mango smoothie recipes are sooo good here is another one! Blueberry Mango Smoothie RecipeThis is such a lovely smoothie. It’s sweet, mild, and the mango-berry combo is simply perfect! This Mango smoothie recipe is joyful--no kidding, you’ll experience some joy while savoring and after (for a while afterward!) consuming this smoothie! Ingredients: 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen 2 cups mangochunks, fresh or frozen 3 nicely sized handfuls fresh spinach 1-2 cups water Place these yummy bits of wholesome heaven into your smoothie maker and blend it all up until it’s reached the consistency of your dreams.
