Raw Food & Fitness-Day 10

It is day 10 of our 100-Day Raw Food & Fitness Challenge. I feel like we are starting to get the hang of this a little better.

Winter is upon us here in the Pacific Northwest. The days are short, gray and dreary. Kirsten and I are both from Southern Utah where the sun shines brightly most of the winter. We miss the Sun. Please come back Sun, Please!

We have had quite a few people ask us why we started this challenge this time of year. Why would you choose to eat nothing but cold, uncooked food in the middle of winter?

We don't know. Now seemed like a good time. There is actually quite a bit of fruit available this time of year. We have been eating a lot of apples, oranges, pomegranates, bananas, pears, pineapple and grapefruit.

Hopefully we will see the Sun in the next week or two. That will warm us up.
