Raw Food & Fitness-Day 100

It's Day 100 of our 100-Day Raw Food and Fitness Journey!!

We did it! We ate a 100% raw vegan diet for 100 days!!

We feel fantastic and our lives, our health, even our family will forever benefit from this journey.

Today's Success Tip for you is to HAVE FUN! HAVE JOY as you embark upon your health-enhancing/life-enhancing journey!

When I say "fun" I don't mean party hard everyday. I mean to have joy, experience yourself, be present as you get closer and closer to living your best life.

There are definitely things you can do, each day, to add some "fun" like adding flowers to salads, cut fruit in fun shapes before you eat it. Listen to crazy music as you exercise. Do whatever you need to make your journey more joy-filled. But I think the most important thing you can do to make your journey fun/joyful is to remind yourself often why you're getting healthy. Or remind yourself that you are on this journey to get healthy, to become the best you possible!

Remember to add some joy and have fun as you become the "you" of your dreams!
