It's day 16 of our Raw Food & Fitness Challenge already!
We have been getting a lot of emails asking us what we eat on a daily basis. We are pretty much following The 80/10/10 Diet. That means we are getting the bulk of our calories from fresh, raw fruit and eating a bunch of leafy green veggies. We are feeling extremely energetic and, well, vibrant.
What We Eat
Here is a snapshot of a typical day for us:
• 6-10 Apples (depending on their size)
• 4-8 Bananas
• 6-10 Oranges and other citrus fruit (depending on their size)
• 1-2 Pineapples
• 2-3 Cucumbers
• 2-3 Tomatoes
• 1-2 pounds of Greens- Romaine, Red Leaf, Green Leaf lettuces, Chard, Kale, Parsely, Celery
