Raw Food & Fitness-Day 17

Eating a low-fat raw food vegan diet of mostly fruit and greens reminds us of how simple being healthy is. Glowing, vibrant health is easy and requires just a few things:

• Fresh Air

• Pure Water

• Pure Food

• Exercise

Of the four things above, the only one not under most peoples control is the air they breathe. Short of moving to some pristine place in the country we all breathe the air of an industrial society.

The other three things: What you drink, what you eat and how much you exercise are all under personal control.

The everyday choices we make about these three things has a bigger influence on our health than anything else.

If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, and hight cholesterol it is a result of the choices you made regarding food, water and exercise.

If you overweight and out of shape it is a result of the choices you made regarding food, water and exercise.

If you have type 2 diabetes, and most types of cancer it is a result of the choices you made regarding food, water and exercise.

So, if you want to be vibrantly healthy and super fit:

• Drink Pure Water (You'll probably have to filter it.)

• Eat Pure Food (Fresh, organic, vegan, raw food is best.)

• Exercise (It is best to do this everyday. Do strength training and cardio.)
