Raw Food & Fitness-Day 27

Is a low-fat raw food vegan diet the easiest diet ever?

After eating this way for 27 days Kirsten and I have concluded the answer is: Definitely!

On our 5 mile run today(running or walking with your significant other is a fabulous way to connect with them) Kirsten and I were talking about how easy this raw vegan diet is.

Here is a recipe to demonstrate how simple this diet is:

This recipe tastes super fresh and is as simple as 3 easy steps!

1. Get a banana.

2. Peel it.

3. Eat it.

Simple and delicious.

That is how easy this way of eat really is. We rarely "prepare" anything.

The simplicity of this diet leaves plenty of time to ponder other things. Things like this:

Why is it that humans alone, among all the species on this glorious globe, need nutritionist to tell us what to eat?

How do all other animals survive without teams of "experts" telling them what to eat?

How do they know if they are getting enough protein/calcium/fat/vitamin this or that?
