Raw Food & Fitness-Day 28

Kirsten and I have been eating nothing but raw food for almost a month now. We have settled into a pretty good routine regarding eating and exercise.

Our Typical Day

Kirsten and I start the day eating lots of apples. We each eat about 3 pounds of apples everyday.

After a big breakfast of apples we usually eat some oranges, grapefruit or bananas throughout the morning.

I get home from work pretty early in the afternoon, have a quick snack and then Kirsten and I and the kids head out for a run.

We are averaging 6 miles a day lately. On the weekends we go a little farther.

After our run we usually have a banana, date, spinach recovery drink.

Throughout the afternoon we snack on tomatoes, celery, papayas, pineapple and medjool dates.

For dinner we have a couple of heads of romaine or red leaf lettuce.

So, that is our typical routine for about the last 20 days.

Your Typical Day

We all have daily routines. These routines are our habitual ways of going through the day. We do certain things at certain times, day in and day out.

Our present lives are the result of our daily habits.

If your daily routine doesn't include regular exercise you can expect to become less and less fit with each passing day.

If your daily routine doesn't include eating a healthy plant-based diet you can expect to develop the Standard American Diseases(heart disease, diabetes, cancer and obesity).

By consciously designing your daily routine to include exercise and a healthy diet you can expect a lifetime of glowing vibrant health.

It's up to you.
