It is true, heart disease impartial to apparel, but not to diet. What you eat several times a day, 365 days a year, has an enormous impact on your likelihood of developing heart disease. Unfortunately the most common advice the experts give is to eat fish to get heart healthy fats.
This is the wrong approach. Supplementing the heart disease producing diet of meat, milk and processed food with high protein, high fat fish doesn't solve the problem.
