Raw Food & Fitness-Day 37

Nothing but raw food. That is what Kirsten and I have been fueling our 5-7 mile runs and strength training sessions with for 37 days now. Pretty cool!

We both feel like we are able to run farther, faster and recover much more quickly eating a low-fat raw vegan diet.

Kirsten and I both do strength training at least 4 times a week. These sessions are going well too. Since I have eating low-fat raw I set a person best for pull-ups. I did 27 without stopping. My goal is 40. Before going raw I struggled to do 15 pull-ups in a row. Now I have almost doubled that. Low-fat raw vegan is the way to go to get leaner and stronger.
