Raw Food & Fitness-Day 41

What can a 5 year old tell you about raw food and fitness?

It turns out you would do very well heading the advice of our 5 year old, Eris. She seems to know quite a bit about diet and exercise.

She rides her bike between 5-7 pretty much everyday and she makes fantastic food choices. Without any encouragement from us she has started eating about 80% of her diet as raw fruits and veggies.

We love our kids and we want them to have the healthiest start to life they can get. Our children are building the bodies in which they will spend a lifetime. A healthy diet and exercise is just as important(maybe more) for children as it is for adults.

Many people have the mistaken idea that kids can eat anything and get away with it. They can't. Just like you, they are what they eat.(or what you feed them) If you are feeding your children the healthiest food possible you can expect healthy, vibrant kids.
