Happy Valentine's Day! This is our first raw food Valentine's Day!

Celebrate Love!

Because today is a day to celebrate love, especially the love we feel for our friends and family, do something truly truly loving for someone, or everyone you love! And while you're at it, do something genuinely loving for yourself--give yourself some love today too.

Yep, chocolates and candy are tasty, even delicious, but these won't enhance your life, or the lives of your loved ones in the long run...so we have a few suggestions for making this Valentine's Day(and every other day too) one filled with pure love for yourself and those closest to you--exercise and eat something super healthy!(like low-fat raw food) Take a brisk walk, or go for a run (alone or together), turn on some fast dance music, work-up a sweat and dance like crazy! Go for a romantic hike, or take a long bike ride. Be active, move your body!

After a big work-out, run, wild dance party, make yourself and your true love a gigantic green salad, a super smoothie, or a fantastic fruit salad! Eat foods today that will nourish you, others, and that are much kinder to the planet than the foods most of eat on a daily basis.

Share love, health-filled love, with yourself and anyone else today. Make this Valentine's Day a lovely day where every choice you make is one based on one of the truest loves of all--a love of kindness, caring, true nuturing, and a desire to make everyone around you as healthy and vibrant as possible!
