Eating a low-fat raw food diet means we eat a lot of fruit. A typical day may consist of 10 apples, 10 bananas, a few papayas, a pear or 2, and a couple oranges. In addition to all that fruit we eat about 1/2 pound of spinach or kale or chard and a couple heads of romaine or red or green leaf lettuce every day.
Anyway, one of our favorite fruits is available now and we have been eating a lot of them. It is the mango. We love mangos. They are delicious!
Ripe mangos are juicy and can be messy to eat...unless you eat them like I show you in the video.
