It is day 62 of our 100-Day Raw Food & Fitness Journey! For the last week or so it has been cloudy, rainy and gloomy here in Vancouver, WA. If we spend too much time inside the house it isn't long before we begin feeling a bit gloomy too.
EcoTherapy
We have found the best thing to do during times like this is to go outside. Even if it is rainy, getting outside makes us feel so much better. The wonderful greenspace behind our house is perfect for getting some EcoTherapy. Being in nature makes us feel so fantastic.
If you are feeling gray and gloomy try getting outside. Go to a park. Listen to the birds. Take deep breathes. You will feel a little brighter and lighter.
