Raw Food & Fitness-Day 68

We just got back from our 5 mile raw food fueled run. It felt fantastic! Everyplace Derrick and I have lived we find a nearby place we can get outside and exercise for free in the fresh air.

Here in Vancouver we have a wonderful path behind our house we use almost everyday.

When we lived in Utah we lived near a cemetery. With its big hills, the cemetery was a wonderful, quiet place to workout.

Before that we lived New Mexico and exercised on the banks of the Rio Grande river.

Exercising outdoors connects us to nature and makes us feel wonderful. There is nothing better for lifting up your mood than an exercise session outside.

So, do yourself a favor and find an outdoor place in which you can exercise. You will be glad you did.
