Raw Food & Fitness-Day 92

It's Day 92 of our Raw Food and Fitness Journey!

For the next 8-9 days, we've decided to share our "Success Tips" with everyone. These tips will be various things we've learned over the course of this Raw Food and Fitness Journey we feel would help anyone achieve their goals on ant health-enhancing and life-enhancing journey.

Today's Success Tip is to include self-love as a reason or motivator to becoming a better you.

It's great, fine, alright, OK, legitimate (you get the idea) to want to change, become healthier by focusing on the things you want to get rid of, or no longer deal with, improve on, or change (clothes don't fit, you don't feel good anymore, you feel you look "blah" and unhealthy, you want to be thinner, etc.). In addition to focusing on the things you want to "be rid of" about yourself, and how you want to look afterward, how about focusing also on self-love.

Love yourself enough to want to become a better you. Let the fact you love you be another motivator to improving YOU!

You want to look and feel better because you love yourself enough to take care of yourself. Looking and feeling better is a result of self-love, and self-love leads to doing those things that help us look and feel better.

Add some self-love to your list of reasons to becoming the YOU you've always wanted to be.
