Today Success Tip is:
Reframe or Change the Way You View Fruits and Vegetables.
Fruits and veggies aren't just a "side dish" or a "snack." We believe, in order to change your body and your life, you must start thinking or fruits and veggies as a meal unto themselves.
You can eat fruit for dinner. You can eat a salad for breakfast. Smoothies are the perfect dinner! You can eat more than 3-5 times a day! You can all day long, if you want--fruits and veggies are the perfect foods to eat throughout your day.
You'll look and feel amazing if you're willing to let go of those old beliefs about food--when to eat it, how much, and what to eat at specific times throughout your day, and most importantly, fruits and veggies do not make a meal--make fruits and veggies the center of your diet.
In order to be successful on a raw vegan food diet, or mostly raw food diet, or raw food journey, or weight loss journey, it's time to reframe and change your ideas about fruits and veggies. Fruits and vegetables are the best foods on our planet!
