It doesn't matter how many crunches you do, how long you hold your "Hovers," or how many repetitions of thousands of core exercises you do, you can't achieve the "six-pack abs" or "washboard abs," or whatever sculpted abs you're looking for, unless you have a very low body percentage of body fat.

The easiest way to lower your percentage of body fat is by eating fewer calories than your burning throughout the day. You must be in a caloric deficit to lose body fat--burn more calories than you're eating.
