The hip lift is one of the best exercises for your hamstrings and your glorious glutes.

Hip lifts are my favorite “bun burners.” If you want to shape and firm and tone and strengthen your butt--then this is the exercise for you.

The only equipment you will need for this exercise is a floor.

How to do a hip lift:

Start out on the floor on your back with your knees bent. Then lift your hips up as high as you can.

The key to domesticating your derrière is to squeeze your glutes as tightly as you can as you lift your hips up and as you lower them down.

The tighter the squeeze the more effective this exercise will be. Do 20-30 hip lifts

Take Away Tip: Make exercise a part of your daily life. All you have to do is a little bit every day for a lifetime of fantastic results.
