Mountain Climbers

This simple move does it all.

Mountain Climbers are a great way to get your heart rate up and increase your calorie burn. Mountain climbers work great in between other exercises. For instance: You might do a set of lunges followed by mountain climbers and then a hover. Doing this will increase your overall calorie burn.

How to do Mountain Climbers:

Start in a push-up position on your hands and toes.

Alternate jumping right foot toward right hand, then left foot toward left hand. (It’s like your running in a push-up position.)

The faster you “run” the more calories you will burn. Only go as fast as you can safely control.

Try for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Remember to breathe.
