Vegan Fitness Exercises
Squat Curl Press

Vegan Fitness for Vibrant Living!

The Amazing, All-In-One, Fat Burning, Muscle Building Total Body Exercise

This fantastic exercise works your entire body —back, legs, core, biceps, and shoulders.

This exercise is perfect if you don’t have a lot of time and want to get a lot accomplished in a very short time.

Doing this exercise is a total-body, resistance training workout that boosts your metabolism and burns fat.

How to do the Squat-Curl-Press:

Standing with feet shoulder-width apart and arms straight holding dumbbells at your sides, squat slowly. (Keep your back straight, knees directly over your toes, chest up, eyes looking forward.

Squat as low as you can while your knees are still pointing forward, then slowly come back up. As you come up from your squat begin your bicep curl. Once your knees are straight and you’re in the “bicep curl” position, press your arms straight over your head (you’ll rotate your wrists so your palms are facing away from you) for a shoulder press.

Your hands should be at the width of your shoulders or slightly wider. Slowly lower the dumbbells all the way back into the starting position. Slowly lower yourself into a squat and repeat the entire exercise until your muscles feel fatigued, approximately 8-10 times depending on the weight you use.

Remember to breathe, in and out, throughout the exercise.

Take Away Tip: Make exercise a part of your daily life. All you have to do is a little bit every day for a lifetime of fantastic results.
