Adventures in Vegan ParentingOur Delicious Adventures in (Vibrant) Vegan Parenting and Homeschooling... Derrick and I have been vegan for the past 18 years and parents for the last eight. The vegan part has been easy and full of scrumptiousness, and the parenting part has been challenging, exciting, magical, crazy, and everything in between. Come here to read of our adventures with our four kiddos - Eris, Max, Wesley, and Simon. Our days are filled with homeschooling and autodidactic learning, long walks, bike rides, summertime berry picking and gardening, messy crafting on our kitchen table (which is caked with glue and smashed food), chaos, chaos, and more chaos, lots of stories, cooking and baking galore, and lovely kid fights interwoven amongst everything. Oh, and did I mention our dog, Sunny. She's vegan too! So let's add walks with our dog (and more craziness) to the above list. I love hearing from you.
