Ingredients: 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard 1 tablespoon maple syrup ½ cup raisins (optional) Steam broccoli and onion until tender, then drain and set aside. In a smaller bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, and maple syrup. Pour the syrup/mustard glaze over the broccoli and onions and gently stir until evenly coated. Garnish with raisins. Serves 1-2.
