Ingredients 1 pint fresh orange juice 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon orange zest ½ sweet onion (red or Walla Walla, or other sweet-tasting variety) 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar 1 garlic clove, very very finely minced 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon dried basil or dill 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil or extra-virgin olive oil Put all of the above ingredients in a blender and mix well.
