Low-fat Raw Vegan Waldorf Salad

Delicious Vegan Recipes for Vibrant Living!

Kirsten & Derrick's Low-fat Raw Waldorf Salad

Colorful, Zippy, Nutritious and Delicious! This salad is super easy to make, and because it tastes so good, super easy to eat. Yum.

Ingredients:

2 Bananas

1 Lime (half if you want less tartness)

2 Apples

1/2 Carrot

1 Stalk of Celery

1-2 Tbsp of Chopped Walnuts

Preparation

Blend the lime and bananas in your favorite blender (ours is a Blendtec Total Blender, some prefer the Vita-Mix Blender. Both of these are high-power blenders perfect for making all kinds of raw treats.) until smooth. Set aside.

Chop walnuts and celery.

Grate apples and carrot.

Mix everything together and then...

Enjoy.
