Vegan Recipes Seriously Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients: 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce/tamari/Liquid Aminos 2 tablespoons water 1 large clove garlic, minced 1 small onion, diced or sliced 1 package tofu (drain any excess water) ¼ teaspoon tumeric ½ teaspoon cumin 1 large or 2 small tomatoes, chopped Preperation: Heat the soy sauce and water in a skillet, add the garlic and stir. Add the onion, tumeric, cumin, and sauté for just a couple minutes until onion is tender. Next add the tofu, stir, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Toss in the chopped tomato and cook for 1 minute longer.
