Ingredients: 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup cauliflower florets 1 cup spinach 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped cabbage 1 cup firm tofu 1-2 tablespoons sesame oil 2 tablespoons tamari, or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, or ½ teaspoon dried ginger powder 3-4 cloves garlic, minced In a medium-sized saucepan, sauté broccoli, tofu, and cauliflower in sesame oil for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Place this mixture in a bowl after it’s finished and set aside. Place remaining ingredients in the saucepan and cook over medium heat and let simmer for 1 minute. Add the broccoli-cauliflower-tofu mixture and cook covered for just about 3 minutes. Mix everything well before serving.
