Comment Accept no others! Hydrocobalamin all the way! I was tired all the time for years, and I couldn't figure out why! After all, I was taking my B-12. Then I discovered that most B-12 is just worthless. You need to get hydrocobalamin for it to do anything. I hope you take my advice and spring for the good supplements.
