Vegans have an obligation as ambassadors for animals, proclaimers of peace, heralds of health to be living examples of human health potential.

If you aren't regularly working out, you are doing veganism a disservice. The best thing to convince the average non-vegan a plant-powered life isn't for them is an overweight, out-of-shape, unhealthy vegan.
