30 Day Core Challenge - what next????

Hi there Derrick and Kirsten!

Firstly, thank you so much for your site! It's excellent stuff.

My wife and I are taking part in the 30 day core challenge and on day 15 are feeling FANTASTIC already! Thank you for the simple, easy to follow workouts!

So, it's got me to thinking about life after the challenge. Day 31 and onwards.....

What would you recommend as a plan moving forwards to maintain the conditioning which has been achieved over this time.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated!!!

Thanks for the kind comments and congratulations on doing the core conditioning program. Where to go from here?

A couple options: You could go back through the 30 days and increase the time and intensity of each exercise by 10-50% and/or you could hire a personal fitness trainer to help you move forward based on your current fitness level. Either or both of these options will make you stronger, fitter and healthier.

Hi and thanks for the comments and feedback.

Well, we finished the challenge and the results certainly were amazing! I reduced by waist size by over 4 cms and the exercises really helped me to kick start some serious body toning! Thank you so much.

As for days 31 onwards.... Well we've decided to take a cross-section of the exercises which work various areas of the core, and have created our modified, ongoing plan. We've increased the time of the exercises and are maintaining the results we got.

Thank you so much. I've been telling all my friends about your site and the challenge and I know some are already on the journey!!!!
